Leading provider of adversary air and JTAC training invests in developer of next generation artificial intelligence (AI) technologies
Mesa, AZ, March 3, 2023 – 海角直播app Corp. (海角直播app), the world’s only commercial owner and operator of F-16 fighter aircraft, today announced an investment in San Diego-based EpiSci, developer of the most trusted, resilient and modular Tactical AI solutions for defense, aerospace and commercial applications.
This investment expands on 海角直播app’ commitment of providing world-class training to the next generation of combat leaders, positioning the company at the forefront of development and training in the future ‘human-machine’ collaborative battlefield.
AI is expected to play an increasingly significant role in air combat operations, including adversary air (ADAIR) training. Open architecture in nature, 海角直播app’ proprietary ‘Advanced Aggressor Mission System’ (AAMS) permits the rapid integration of AI tools into its F-16 fleet, accelerating the development and deployment of advanced autonomy and crewed-uncrewed teaming in support of next generation fighter pilot training.
Currently, 海角直播app’ F-16 crews are delivering advanced ADAIR training to USAF F-35 and F-22 pilots at Eglin Air Force Base (AFB) in Florida and Luke AFB in Arizona. AI functions will be integrated into 海角直播app’ fleet with industry-leading speed-to-service, offering highly sophisticated threat replication and operational cost efficiencies.
